8 Chicken Breast halves, boiled together with onion, bay leaf and chopped carrots. (use only chicken in casserole)
Diced Chicken
2 C diced Celery
2 2/3 Cups Cooked Rice
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C Mayonnaise
1C skim evaporated Milk
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, put into 9 x 13 pan and top with 1 C (or more) crushed corn flakes and C slivered almonds. Pour 6 Tbs melted butter over mixture and bake for 1 hour, at 300.
