4 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs. Add sugar, beat until light colored. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Add vanilla. Heat milk with butter – stir quickly into batter, beat slightly. Pour into ungreased angel-food cake pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and invert pan until cool.
