4 Eggs
2/3 C Oil
1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1 sm pkg Chocolate Chips
1 pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding
bar German Chocolate, sweet, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together and add German chocolate. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes on a well greased, not floured tube pan.
