1 C milk
1 small can evaporated milk
3 medium sized potatoes, boiled.
1 tsp salt
2/3 C shortening
C sugar
2 eggs
1 yeast cake
6 7 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes and while still hot, stir in shortening and sugar, beat well. Stir in milk and salt. When cooled to lukewarm, beat in yeast cake and 1 C flour. Let stand in warm place till light and foamy, then add 2 well beaten eggs and all the flour that can be stirred and kneaded in (about 5 6 cups). Stand in warm place until double in bulk and make into rolls. Let rise till very light and bake in moderate oven (375).
