1 can artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of Tabasco
1 box spinach, chopped, thawed and drained
1 cup Parmesan cheese, plus for top

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain artichokes and chop. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes or until done. Serve with crackers or Scoops.
