2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk, divided
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and 3/4 c. of buttermilk together with a wire whisk. Sift dry ingredients together and add gradually to eggs and buttermilk. When all dry ingredients are beaten in, add the remaining 3/4 c. buttermilk and the melted butter. Beat until smooth. Heat a greased pancake griddle over medium heat and turn when edges start to look dry. Flip over quickly, some batter may spread in the pan. You may need to add a little more melted butter if you find pancakes are sticking.
