1 large Anaheim chile (dried)
2 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
2 large plum tomatoes, quartered
cup avocado, peeled and diced (one small)
cup salsa
cup fresh cilantro sprigs
2 tbsp lime juice
tsp cumin
tsp salt
baked tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Discard stem and seeds of chile and cut up. Place chile, green onion and garlic in food processor. Pulse 5 times or until coarsely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and pulse 10 times until chunky. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
