2 pkgs. Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 lb. lean thinly sliced deli baked ham
1/3 lb. sandwich pepperoni
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 jar roasted red peppers, drained, patted dry, thinly sliced
1 pkg. 5-cheese Italian blend shredded cheese
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brush cookie sheet/baking stone with olive oil. Lay 1 package of dough on cookie sheet. Layer meats, peppers and onions to within 1 inch of edge. Top with cheese. Lay second package of dough over top of filling. Pinch edges all around to seal. Brush top with oil, cut slits in top and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
