5 c. flour
1/2 c. wheat germ or flax meal
4 t. yeast
4 t. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Add ingredients to your bread machine according to manufacturer's directions using the dough cycle OR
Mix the flour, wheat germ, yeast and salt.
Add oil and water and form a ball.
Knead until smooth on a floured surface.
Put in a plastic bag and let in rise until doubled in size or in the refrigerator over night.
Divide dough in three or four parts.
