1 rotisserie chicken, deboned & meat chopped up
16 oz. egg noodles (don't cook all the way)
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar pimentos, chopped
chicken broth
bread pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken, noodles & soup in a large bowl. Add broth to see how moist it's going to be. Use your own judgment

Add cheddar cheese, pimentos and chopped pepper. Mix well.

Bake in a buttered pan (9x13). Put bread pieces on top & dot with butter. Bake 350 for 454 minutes. Time varies with how moist it is, so watch closely.
