Pasta with Asparagus, Prosciutto and Parmesan Recipe

1/2 lb. asparagus
1/2 lb. capellini pasta
1/2 T. salt
3 oz. sliced prosciutto
1 1/2 T. extra-virgin olive oil
ground nutmeg
freshly ground pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 2 qts of water to a boil. Snap the bottom inch from the asparagus. Cut the spears into 1/2" pieces.

Add pasta, asparagus and a pinch of salt to the boiling water. Stir, cover, and return to boil. Stir again, partially cover and cook for four minutes.

While boiling, cut the prosciutto into 1/2" wide strips. Combine olive oil, nutmeg, nutmeg and pepper in a cup. Drain the pasta and asparagus, reserving 1/4 c. of the cooking liquid. Put the pasta and asparagus back into the pot., add prosciutto and the olive oil mixture and toss well. Add cheese and cooking water, and toss again.
