Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
10 oz grated cheese (cheddar and Velveeta)
Salt and pepper to taste
Potatoes, sliced thin (enough for creamy mixture)

Topping:
2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and place in 9x13 buttered dish. Mix Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
