1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 whole chicken breast (about 1 lb.) split, boned, and cubed
2 envelopes Lipton Cream of Chicken flavor Cup of Soup
1 c. boiling water
1 jar (2.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento

In saucepan, melt butter and brown chicken. Add remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve, if desired, in patty shells or over toast or biscuits.
