9 Slices White Bread
1 lb Grated Ham
1 lb Shredded Potato
1lb Shredded Marbled Cheese (Mozzarella & Cheddar)
3 c scrambled Eggs (equals about 13 eggs)
1 c milk
1 tsp Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Trim bread crust away and place centers of bread in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Cover with grated ham, then with a layer of shredded potatoes, then a layer or marbled cheese. Finally mix nutmeg, eggs, and milk together and pour it over the layered ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour
