1-1/2 tsp Colemanís dry mustard
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 to 2 tbsp grated onion
1 to 2 tbsp poppy seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Salad Ingredients:
1 head of red lettuce
1 head of curly green lettuce or spinach
1 avocado, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup toasted almonds
