1 small package of lemon Jello
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 lemon cake mix with pudding in the mix
4 eggs
1 tsp Lemon Extract
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve package of lemon Jello in boiling water. Cool. Beat cooking oil into cake mix. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add lemon extract and cooled Jello; beat well. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 35 minutes at 350.

For topping, combine powdered sugar and lemon juice. After removing the cake from the oven, poke holes in the top with a fork. Dribble mixture over the top and allow to cool.
