1cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate. Combine with brown sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well. Add vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts. Chill dough and then drop by spoonfuls into powdered sugar to coat. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
