Ingredients:  
3 whole boneless chicken breasts , halved.
1/3 c. butter (plus butter to saute mushrooms)
1 bunch fresh broccoli flowerets (or you can use thawed frozen)
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 cup white wine (I use chardonnay)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sauteed in butter.

Directions:

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Melt butter and brown chicken on all sides. Cook broccoli in salted water for 2 minutes. Layer broccoli in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Top with chicken. Mix soup, mayo and wine. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 1 hour(until tender) at 350 Add mushrooms and bake for 15 minutes longer.
