Ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can Swanson's Chicken Broth
1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and salt thoroughly. Add flour and mix well. If too moist (real sticky to touch) add more flour until you can pick it up and knead in your hands. Place meatball-sized amounts on well-floured board, press with hand til flat and roll out with rolling pin to paper thin. Lay out on wax paper until almost dry. Do not dry too much or it will crack into pieces. Cut into 1/4" strips. Bring chicken broth to boil, cook noodles for 20 minutes - add water if needed. Double/triple recipe for more.
Serve over mashed potatoes in lieu of gravy.
