1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise (do not substitute low fat)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 large package of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small can of French Fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter. Cool.
Mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan, mushrooms and onion rings. Spread on party pumpernickel bread. Place on baking sheet. Bake 350 for about 15 minutes.
