Asparagus Proscuitto salt pepper olive oil bread crumbs
Blanch asparagus 1 minute in boiling water. Cool. Wrap 2-3 pieces of asparagus in proscuitto. Put into a buttered casserole dish and lightly salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil, and top with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake 10 minutes at 375º.
