5 Tart apples - peeled, cored and sliced 3/8 thick
1 C sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 C flour
1/2 C butter - room temp
single pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Place pie crust on pizza pan. Beginning 3/4" from edge overlap apple slices to create 2 circles.
Combine 1/2 C sugar and spices - sprinkle over apples. Turn up the 3/4" of crust to make an edge.
Combine flour, remaining sugar and butter until crumbly - sprinkle over apples. Bake @ 450 20-25 min.
