1 & 1/2 C white sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 egg
4 C sliced rhubarb
Double Pie Crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine filling - transfer into pie crust. Top with crust, seal and flute. Cut in design, sprinkle with sugar. Bake: 350 for 45-60 min or until lightly brown.
