Filling:
8 C peeled, cored and thinly sliced apples
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Double pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for filling. Transfer to prepared pie crust. Top with crust - seal and flute edge. Cut design in top, sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 375 - 50 min or until lightly brown.
