12 slices of thin crustless bread
6 slices of sharp American Cheese
4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can of chicken soup
1 can of boned chicken or turkey soup or leftovers turkey from Thanksgiving can be substituted

Directions:
Directions:
1- In a 13" X 9" X 3" pan, put 6 slices of bread in the bottom. Place 6 slices of cheese on top of bread, top with remaining bread slices.
2- Beat eggs, add the milk, seasonings and blend well. Pour over the cheese sandwiches.
3-Place in refrigerator overnight.
4- Bake in Preheated oven 375 F for 35 to 40 minutes.
5- While sandwich souffle is baking, combine the soup plus enough water to make a gravy. Add can of boned chicken and mix well. Heat chicken mixture.
6- To serve: Cut the cheese sandwich into squares and top each piece with chicken mixture
