4 egg
16 oz milk
8 oz greek yoghurt
1/2 oz vegetable oil
8 oz flour
2 oz confectioner sugar
1 t salt
1.5t vanilla
sugar, lemon juice or other good stuff

Combine liquids, beat until blended
Sift solids
Combine, add vanilla
Let sit for 30 minutes
Butter a non-stick pan on low-med
Add 1/4 cup, swirl
when edges brown, flip
Take off heat, drizzle with sugar and lemon (or other stuff)
