Ingredients:  
1.5 lbs green beans
3 T olive oil
1-2 T mustard powder
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 T sugar
1 red onion, very thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, add mustard powder
Sautee onion
Disolve sugar in vinegar over med heat
Combine oil, onions and vinegar
Briefly boil green beans
Drain
Toss with sauce, chill
