1.5 lbs tomatillos
5 serano peppers (will be hot)
3 garlic cloves, unpeeled
1/2 cup cilantro
1 large onion, coursely chopped
2t kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on broil
Remove tomatillo husks, rinse
Broil tomatillos, seranos, garlic, onions 2 inches from heat, turn once, about 7 minutes total
peel garlic, pull tops off tomatillos
Blend all in blender
