FOR SHORTBREAD
1.5 sticks butter
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 t salt

FOR FILLING
4 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
3/4 cups lemon juice
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3t confectioner sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 350
Cut butter into 1/2 inch pieces
Blend all shortbread ingredients until small lumps
Spread in 13x9x2 pan
Bake until golden, about 20 minutes

Whisk eggs and sugar until combined
Add flour and lemon juice
Pour over hot shortbread
Reduce oven to 300
Bake until middle set, about 30 minutes
Cool, cut, chill
Sprinkle with confectioner sugar
