1 Full Chicken Breast (two halves)
Flour for coating
2 T butter
2 T olive oil
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup capers
1 T butter to finish
Sliced lemons to finish

Split chicken breasts
Butterly chicken breasts
Salt and pepper chicken breasts
Dredge in flour, knock extra off
Heat butter and oil on medium
Brown on each side, about 2 min per side
Remove chicken, tent
Add wine, deglaze
Add lemon juice, stock capers
Reduce sauce a bit
Add chicken back in to rewarm
Add butter and lemon to finish
Serve chicken with pasta and sauce
