Crust:
1 c. graham crackers, rolled,
1/4 c. melted butter,
1/4 c. sugar,

Filling:
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
3 unbeaten eggs,
1/2 c sugar,
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
12 oz. sour cream,
1/4 c. sugar,
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and line 9 inch spring form or torte pan with crumbs. Beat cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla until smooth. Place over crumbs and bake 20 minutes at 375. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Spoon sour cream mixture on top of cake and bake at 450 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
