8 oz. cream style cottage cheese,
2 c. flour,
1 c. butter softened,
3/4 c. apricot or other jam,
! egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Process cottage cheese in blender or food processor until smooth. Combine with flour. Cut in butter til dough is like coarse crumbs. Knead until smooth and divide in thirds. Wrap and chill. Place 1/3 dough on floured board. Roll into 1/8 inch thick oblong. Cut into 2 1/2 inch squares. Flatten each square to 3 1/2 inches. Place 1/2 to 1 tsp. jam in center of each square. Fold into triangle. Crimp with fork. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 350 @ 15 minutes until lightly browned. Cool and dust with powdered sugar. Store in air-tight container.
