1/2 lb. bacon 1/2 to 1 onion, chopped 3 T. Half & Half 6 eggs 2 cups grated Swiss cheese 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese 1 pkg.Pillsbury Ready-made Pie crusts salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Put pie crust in bottom of deep dish pie plate. Whip eggs and cream together. Add onions and seasonings. Brown bacon and drain on paper towels. Chop bacon. Add to eggs. Mix. Add cheese and mix. Pour into pie plate and bake at 350º until brown.
