1 loaf soft sliced white bread
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/8 cup granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 cup powdered sugar
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:

Cut crusts off the bread and roll each piece flat with a rolling pin. Mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg and vanilla together. Spread on the bread and roll up. Cut in 1/2's or 1/3's. Melt butter and add cinnamon and sugar. Dip blintz in melted mixture. Refrigerate until cream cheese is hard again. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes and then broil slightly to brown. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with toothpicks and sour cream for dipping.
