4 cups boiled shrimp, rough chopped
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced scallions
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1 cup mayonnaise
dash lemon juice
1 can Campbell's tomato soup (undiluted)

Directions:
Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and set aside.
Heat soup and cream cheese in a double boiler. Add gelatin until incorporated. Cool. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour into a mold greased with additional mayonnaise and refrigerate for at least four hours. Serve with crisp buttery crackers.
