5 diced warm potatoes (cook with skins on and peel while warm)
1/2 cup Kraft Miracle French Dressing (or Kraft Italian dressing for a more traditional potato salad)
1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 T. snipped parsley
1 t. salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise (add a bit more if needed)

Directions:

Marinade the warm potatoes in the dressing and chill for at least one hour. Add all other ingredients and toss carefully.
