1 bar Cracker Barrel sharp yellow cheddar cheese 3 whole pimentos mayonnaise crackers or cucumber slices
Using a food processor, grate the cheese. Change blades and add mayo and 2 pimentos until desired consistency. Using a pastry bag, squeeze onto crackers or cucumber slices. Cut remaining pimento into small pieces and use one piece on each cracker as a garnish.
