2 T. flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 t. vanilla
3-4 T. butter
3-4 peaches
1 nine inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Peel peaches and half or slice. Place peaches cut side up in an unbaked pie crust. Mix all ingredients together, except the butter, and pour over peaches. Dot the top of the pie with butter. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.

This pie freezes well so it is a good way to use fresh peaches and enjoy in the winter.
