Butter
Italian blend shredded cheese (or whatever you have on hand)
Granulated garlic

Directions:
Directions:
I use any kind of buns for the bread. Hamburger, hot dog or french bread. Use cookie sheet and put bread on cooling racks or line pan with foil. Spread bread with butter, then sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle garlic or cheese. Broil for 3 - 5 min or until desired browness.
