1 Pork loin
1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
2 Jars of Heinz Pork Gravy
1 lg onion - sliced and separated

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing as per directed on package and cool slightly. Use a 9X13 or larger Pyrex dish sprayed with Pam.
Cut pork loin into 1 1/4 inch thick slices. Take a knife and make a slit or pouch in each pork chop. Stuff each pork chop with stuffing and stand each one up in the pan. If you extra stuffing, place around chops. Lay onion rings over pork chops and cover with pork gravy. Bake for 350 for 1 hour
