8 Red potatoes Salt to taste 1/2 - 3/4 cup of milk 1/2 stick of butter
Scrub potatoes and leave skins on. Boil water first and then add potatoes. Sprinkle with salt while boiling. Boil for 15 - 20 min. Stick a knife in to check if potatoes are ready. Drain and use electric mixer to mash. Add milk and continue mixing. Butter is optional.
