4 - 5 lb Rump Roast
2 large onions cut in half and then separate into rings
2lbs of small carrots
1/3 cup Tones beef soup base
1 cup water
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray roaster with Pam and put roast in. Rub roast with beef soup base. Lay onions and carrots around and on top of roast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add water in the bottom of pan and cover. Bake 350 for 3 hours

To make gravy:
Drain off the drippings and place in small pan. (2cups) Combine 3 Tablespoon of cornstarch to 3/4 cup of water and stir. Bring drippings to a boil and add cornstarch/water mixture stirring constantly. Remove from heat immediately.
