Ingredients:
Ingredients:
new potatoes (1 bag), washed and quartered
olive oil (enough to coat potatoes)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.

Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, to taste, and then top with an even layer of the Parmesan cheese.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until fork tender.

This is the easiest side dish I have ever discovered! I usually don't measure anything at all . . . just sprinkle everything on and bake! Of course, the ingredients can be adjusted to include your favorite herbs and spices!
