1 8 oz.pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. dry Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 cup chopped water chestnuts
2 small chopped green onions
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Thaw and drain spinach - add remaining ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
