2 T. butter
1 t. chopped onion
1 sprig parsley
1 1/2 cups chopped lobster meat
2 T. flour
1 T. tomato paste
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups half and half
salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan. Saute onion is tender. Add lobster and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in flour and tomato paste. Mix well. Add broth and simmer until the bisque thickens slightly, about 20 minutes. Add the half and half and heat but do not boil. Season with salt and cayenne pepper and serve hot.
