1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 cup white rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1 cut up chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle onion soup mix on the bottom of a large baking dish. Sprinkle rice on top of the onion soup. Arrange chicken pieces on top. In a blender combine the chicken soup, milk, and water. Pour over the chicken. Bake until done (about one hour).

You can substitute wild rice for the white rice or combine both kinds to equal one cup uncooked. Fresh mushrooms can also be added to the baking pan before the sauce is poured over the chicken.
