1 eight ounce package of cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1 package (8-9 ounce) corn bread or corn muffin mix (like Jiffy)
2 cups frozen or canned sweet corn
1 cup milk
2 T. melted butter
1 t. salt
1/4 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Add all remaining ingredietns and mix well. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2" baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
