1 package of Long Grain Wild Rice-a-Roni
cup mayonnaise
cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup small cubed tomatoes
cup diced cucumbers
3 teaspoons minced green onions
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
cup chopped dry roasted peanuts

Cook rice as directed on package, then let cool. Prepare vegetables, then mix with cooled rice in a salad bowl. Mix your mayonnaise and yogurt or sour cream with the garlic powder then mix well with salad. Toss in the dry roasted peanuts, cover and chill until your ready to serve.

To serve in a big salad bowl I double the recipe.
