4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans cream syle corn
1 can niblets corn
1 can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion and potoatoes in a stock pot and add water to cover. Cover and boil until potato is soft (about 15 minutes). Add corn and season. Add milk and dot with a bit of butter. Heat but do not boil.
