1 loaf of extra sour French bread

Half loaf lengthwise, butter and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.


Directions:

Heat in hot oven - 450 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Take out and sprinkle with paprika.
